Applicants must submit required documentation, including school reports, medical records, and identification, followed by a placement assessment. Once a place is offered, families must sign an offer letter and submit a deposit within seven days to secure the seat. The school also offers personalized tours, including virtual options, for prospective families.

The school operates across three campuses in Ras Al Khaimah: Khuzam, Al Hamra, and Al Rams.
