Programmes

Admissions

About the campus

The school is located on a 60-acre campus on Michigan Road in Indianapolis, featuring the Chen Family Lower School, the Kathryn and Sidney Taurel Building for high school, and the Henry R. Blackwell Building for middle school. Campus facilities include STEM and computer labs, art studios, a black box performance theatre, a greenhouse, and a working garden. Athletic facilities include multiple gymnasiums, soccer fields, and a track.

Co-curriculars

Students have access to over 40 clubs and extracurricular activities, including fine arts, travel, and special-interest groups. The school offers an open participation policy for athletics, with over 20 teams available for students in grades 5 through 12. Additionally, the school provides before- and after-school care, as well as quarterly enrichment classes such as cooking, choir, and STEM-based activities.

    Elizabeth Head has served as the Head of School at the International School of Indiana since January 2019. She holds two Master’s degrees in International Education and Educational Leadership and has extensive experience with IB curriculum and strategic school growth.

    Tim Stroh joined ISI in 2023 and serves as the Lower School Principal. He has over two decades of experience in international schools and holds an M.Sc. in Educational Management and Leadership.
