The school operates on a three-term academic year, typically running from late August/early September through early July. Daily timings vary by year group, with Foundation Stage finishing earlier in the day than Secondary and Sixth Form students. The calendar includes standard breaks for Winter, Spring, and half-term, alongside holidays for Islamic observances and UAE national events.

Located in a purpose-built, 21st-century campus in Damac Hills opened in 2016, the school provides modern learning environments. Facilities include dedicated spaces for STEAM, creative and performing arts, and sports. The campus also features a school clinic and provides school meals and bus services.
