About the campus
The school is situated on a 33-acre green campus in Lubowa, which features indigenous plants and birdlife. Athletic facilities include two sports fields, a full-length football/rugby pitch, a 400m track, three basketball courts, four tennis courts, two swimming pools, a climbing wall, and a gym. Academic and arts facilities include a 430-seat auditorium, two art rooms, three music rooms, a science centre opened in 2015, an arts centre opened in 2022, a well-resourced library, and a dining hall.
Co-curriculars
The school offers a seasonal Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) programme that includes a variety of optional pursuits, some of which are led by external coaches. Students have opportunities to participate in athletics, including sports such as football and rugby, and engage in service learning. Additionally, the school facilitates participation in international programmes like the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, as well as ISSEA and Model United Nations (MUN) trips.





Daniel ToddHead of SchoolDaniel Todd serves as the Head of School at the International School of Uganda. He was previously recognized as a National Distinguished Principal in 2020 while serving as the Junior School Principal.
