The school operates on the belief that every child can develop to their full potential by understanding and embracing individual differences within a diverse environment. It employs a "Spiral Model" of education, focusing on life skills and academic learning through direct experience, aiming to cultivate students who are academically excellent, morally grounded, and globally minded while maintaining Thai identity.

The school offers a curriculum that combines the Thai Ministry of Education’s core curriculum with the Cambridge Assessment International Education framework. It utilizes a composite or multi-age classroom approach, drawing on educational practices from countries including New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Finland. The academic structure progresses from foundational preparation in kindergarten to self-discovery in primary school and practical, experience-based learning in secondary school.

The school accepts applications for students from pre-kindergarten through Grade 12. Prospective families are required to submit documentation including birth certificates, household registration, academic reports, and identification for both the student and parents, and are encouraged to contact the school to schedule a visit.

The academic year is divided into two semesters. The first semester typically runs from May to September, and the second semester runs from October to March, with weekends and public holidays observed as school breaks.

Sports and arts facilities include a swimming pool, gymnasiums, a dedicated kindergarten gym, playgrounds, music and art rooms, and an auditorium.
