Kings' School Nad Al Sheba

Kerry joined Kings’ School Nad Al Sheba from Kings’ School Al Barsha, where she was a Deputy Headteacher. She has extensive leadership experience, including six years as a Headteacher in North Yorkshire, and is a published author and mathematics consultant. She holds a First-Class BSc (Hons) degree in Primary Education with Mathematics and was appointed a Local Leader of Education in 2017.

Benjamin is an experienced school leader with over two decades in education and a strong record of driving improvement across British international schools. He holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics, a master's degree in educational leadership, and NPQH and SEN qualifications. He has previous experience as a Headteacher and British Schools Overseas inspector.

Charlotte joined Kings’ School Nad Al Sheba from Kings’ School Al Barsha, where she worked for nine years in various leadership and teaching roles. Prior to moving to Dubai, she taught in a small primary school in Northampton, UK.

Joanna joined in 2024 with over 22 years of experience in Early Years education and 10 years in leadership. She holds a BE.d (Hons) in Primary Education from the University of Glasgow and has lived and worked in the UAE for 22 years.

Ben joined Kings’ School Nad Al Sheba as his second post in Dubai, bringing a background in Early Years and Key Stage One. He previously worked at an outstanding Infant and Nursery School in the UK and as an educational consultant. He holds a Bachelor of Education with Honours and has completed his NPQH.

Mrs Martin trained at the University of Hertfordshire and has over a decade of experience in education, including the past six years in the UAE. She has previously led on Assessment and Curriculum, Science, and Oracy.

Joanna has worked in education for 30 years, including 11 years in a school serving British Armed Forces children and 15 years at an independent international boarding school in North Yorkshire. She joined the Kings’ family in 2022 and holds a Bachelor of Education degree with a specialism in English.

Jane leads curriculum planning and progress tracking for KS3, while also managing the Year 6–7 transition. She focuses on compassionate pastoral care and academic progress.

Emily is a dedicated school leader focused on student achievement and wellbeing, overseeing the academic and pastoral development of Years 10 and 11.

Jamie leads the post-16 provision with a focus on academic excellence, personal growth, and preparing students for future pathways. He has shaped a Sixth Form curriculum designed to deliver high-level qualifications.

Layla is an experienced educational leader with a Master’s degree in Leadership and Management from UCL. She has progressed from classroom teacher to Phase Leader and Assistant Headteacher before becoming Head of Inclusion.

Amer holds a Master's Degree in Arabic Language and Literature and has 10 years of experience as an Arabic teacher. He has extensive experience in curriculum development and teacher training.
