Operating under the motto "Learning for Life," the school promotes an inquiry-based learning style that encourages students to think, analyze, and question rather than rely on rote memorization. It strives to develop independent, inquiring learners who respect the rights of others and their environment, utilizing a tri-lingual approach that incorporates English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Indonesia.

The school offers a comprehensive academic pathway: the Preschool curriculum focuses on building confidence and critical thinking; the Primary level follows the International Primary Curriculum (IPC); and the Secondary level follows the Cambridge programme, leading to IGCSE examinations in Year 10 and AS/A Levels in Years 11 and 12. As an SPK school, it also integrates the Indonesian national curriculum, requiring Indonesian citizens to sit for national examinations (Ujian Akhir/Nasional) in years 6, 9, and 12.

The admission process requires the submission of an application form, relevant academic transcripts, and identification documents, followed by an interview and assessment conducted by the Principal and Head Teacher. The campus features purpose-built science laboratories for Biology, Physics, and Chemistry, as well as ICT rooms equipped with over 80 internet-connected computers.
