The school day begins at 8.25am, with a 1 hour and 45-minute lunch break provided for tutor time, clubs, and sports. The academic timetable is structured over a two-week cycle, consisting of 35 teaching periods of 45 minutes each, which allows for 90-minute double periods. Co-curricular activities, including sports training, drama, and music rehearsals, take place after the school day concludes at 4pm.

The campus spans from King Street in Hammersmith to a Boat House on the River Thames, featuring a mix of heritage buildings and contemporary facilities like the Performing Arts Centre. The King Street site includes a Sports Centre with a 25m six-lane swimming pool, a fitness suite, sports hall, and three studios, alongside a science block and library. The 32-acre Quintin Hogg Memorial Grounds in Chiswick provide world-class outdoor sports facilities, including football pitches, Astro-Turfs, netball and tennis courts, and cricket nets.

Latymer Upper School offers a wide range of opportunities beyond the classroom, including music, drama, art, and various clubs and societies. Sporting activities are extensive, with facilities for rowing, swimming, netball, football, cricket, rugby, and tennis. Students also participate in the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award and an annual Trips and Activities Week.
