L’école aims to produce 'Ibad-ur-Rahman'—modern, progressive, and practicing Muslims who excel in their professions while upholding strong moral, religious, and ethical values. The school emphasizes character building through 'Ibadah' (worship), 'Akhlaq' (morality), and 'Aadaab' (manners), encouraging students to approach problems positively and serve humanity with respect and tolerance. The educational approach focuses on applying Quranic teachings and Sunnah to daily life, fostering a balance between worldly success and spiritual preparation for the hereafter.

The school provides an activity-based curriculum that emphasizes learning from surroundings and practical application in daily life. The academic offering includes core subjects such as English, Urdu, Mathematics, Science, Computer Studies, and Social Studies, alongside specialized Islamic education, including Tajweed, Nazra, and Islamiyat. High school students may choose between the Cambridge (O-Level) or Matriculation examination tracks. The program is designed to minimize stress on written work while encouraging students to explore, question, and develop communication and information-gathering skills.

Admission is subject to seat availability and the successful completion of a test and interview. Prospective students must submit a registration fee and application form, after which they are invited for an assessment. Primary I applicants undergo an informal interview to assess confidence and motor skills, while older students complete written tests in English, Mathematics, and Urdu. The school offers sibling, orphan, and staff fee concessions.

The academic year typically begins in August. For the Pre-School level, the session concludes in May, while the High School Matriculation track follows a specific schedule from April to March for grades IX and X. The school operates on a five-day work week, with Friday serving as a half-day, and adjusts school timings twice annually to accommodate seasonal conditions.

Located on a 5-kanal campus in Johar Town, Lahore, the school features separate buildings for senior boys and girls. Academic facilities include two well-equipped libraries and dedicated laboratories for Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Computer studies. Outdoor amenities consist of a playground for badminton and basketball, alongside a designated play area for pre-school students.

The school maintains a Dramatic Society that organizes tableaus and variety programs throughout the year, as well as an Islamic Society that hosts Qirat, Naat, and national song competitions. Physical education is a compulsory part of the curriculum, with facilities provided for basketball, football, athletics, taekwondo, and table tennis. Additional events include sports days, funfairs, and themed days such as 'Little Chef's Day' and color-themed activities.
