The school follows a structured application process that begins with an online application, followed by a visit to the premises to submit required documentation, including birth certificates and parental academic credentials. Applicants undergo an assessment, which for the British Division includes written exams in Literacy, Numeracy, and Arabic, plus an oral Literacy assessment; the Semi-International Division requires written exams in English, Math, and Arabic, plus an oral English assessment. Newcomer families participate in an interview, and acceptance is contingent upon both assessment results and the interview. Priority is given to students with the highest performance on placement tests, and successful applicants must settle the first installment within five working days of being awarded a place.

The school operates on an academic year that typically begins in September. Admission applications for the following academic year generally open in late October. The school calendar includes various events such as Egyptian Culture Day, fundraising camps, and Model United Nations (MUN) preparations.

Located on the Misr Helwan Agricultural Road in Maadi, Cairo, the campus features modern classrooms, specialized STEM rooms, and state-of-the-art science laboratories for Chemistry, Physics, and Biology.
