The educational approach is built on three pillars: lateral thinking, comprehension, and the innovative application of skills and concepts. The school emphasizes a holistic, vibrant, and creative environment that extends beyond traditional academics to include life skills, communication, time management, and study methods. The Early Learning School specifically follows a Reggio Emilia-inspired philosophy.

The school offers an integrated curriculum based on the eight learning areas of the National Curriculum, culminating in the IEB National Senior Certificate in Grade 12. The academic programme includes a strong focus on performing and creative arts, such as music, dance, drama, and visual arts, which are integrated into the curriculum from Stage 5 through Grade 9. Specialized subjects are available in Grades 10 to 12 to prepare students for global university entrance.

In the 2025 IEB National Senior Certificate examinations, the school achieved a 100% pass rate. Students secured 66 subject distinctions, with 8 students achieving four or more subject A-aggregates. Graduates are prepared for entry into leading international universities, with many students continuing their education at institutions within the Russell Group and Ivy League.

The school year includes scheduled mid-term breaks and public holidays, with IEB National Senior Certificate examinations taking place between 14 October and 27 November 2026.

The campus features purpose-built facilities including an Early Learning School with an interactive piazza, and a two-storey building for the Preparatory School and College containing specialist studios for dance, music, drama, and visual arts. Sporting infrastructure includes extensive fields for soccer, rugby, cricket, and athletics, multi-functional astro-turf courts for tennis and netball, and an indoor heated swimming pool. Classrooms are equipped with modern technology, including projectors and Apple devices to support digital learning.

The school offers a wide range of sporting and cultural activities, including athletics, soccer, cricket, tennis, archery, crossfit, judo, and swimming.
