About the campus

The campus is located in Ikeda, Osaka, approximately 20 minutes on foot from Ikeda Station, with a school shuttle service available in the morning and afternoon. The school maintains smaller class sizes to facilitate individualized attention and utilizes a nearby gymnasium for sports activities. Private music lessons are also conducted on the school premises.

Co-curriculars

Students from 4th grade and up may participate in weekly clubs, including a Praise Band (5th–9th grade) for instruments and vocals, a basketball club (5th–9th grade) that utilizes a nearby gymnasium, an art club (4th–6th grade), and an IT club (6th–9th grade) focused on coding, typing, and web development. Additionally, the school offers private after-school music lessons on campus for piano, guitar, drums, and bass.

    Dr. Jaycie Lawrence is the founder and principal of COPICS, having taught since 1996 across all grade levels and at universities in the U.S. and Japan. She holds a Master’s in Education, a Master’s in Church Leadership, and a Doctor’s degree in Apostolic Leadership and Applied Theology. She is a missionary who came to Japan in 1998 and established the school in 2004.
