The school recommends that families contact the admissions department at least one full year before the proposed date of entry. The process involves an initial enquiry, a visit (in-person or online), and, for certain year groups, entrance tests and a review of academic reports from the previous two years. Places are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and successful applicants must accept their place within two weeks of the offer.

The school operates from Monday to Friday, with the admissions department available for appointments between 8:30am and 5:00pm. Orientation meetings for new families are held in September to introduce the school's daily operations, curriculum, and staff. Additionally, information meetings for new Early Years families take place in June.

Located on a 42,000 m² campus in Puçol, the school features dedicated buildings for Early Years, Primary, and Secondary/Sixth Form, all equipped with modern technology. Sports facilities include a heated indoor pool, an outdoor semi-Olympic pool, multiple football pitches with artificial turf, basketball courts, tennis courts, a padel court, and a sports hall. The campus also houses the William Caxton Library with over 35,000 publications, a 330-seat theatre, a chapel, a school clinic, and an onsite kitchen with three dining rooms.

The school offers a wide range of activities including sports, arts, music, and languages, available both during and outside of school hours. Specific programmes include a Language Academy (French, German, English, Spanish), a Music School, an Art Academy, a Ballet Academy, and a Competition Sports club featuring basketball, football, swimming, and tennis. Summer and Easter camps are also available for both Caxton and external students.
