Upon a successful review, a formal offer of enrolment is extended to the family. The school maintains an open-door policy and encourages strong home-school partnerships throughout the process.

The school operates on an academic year that typically commences in September. Specific term dates and holiday schedules are communicated to the school community throughout the year.

Located on a 30,000 sqm plot off Janabiyah Highway, the campus currently features dedicated wings for Kindergarten and Primary students. Existing facilities include classrooms, specialist subject rooms, libraries, indoor play areas, two outdoor sports courts, a canteen, an indoor gym, and squash courts. Future development plans include an indoor swimming pool, an additional indoor sports court, a performance stage, a high school building, a running track, and expanded play areas.

Students have access to a range of extra-curricular activities designed to explore interests and strengths beyond the classroom. These include opportunities in music, drama, art, dance, and sports. The school also hosts events such as summer camps to further engage students.
