Programmes

The school offers the full International Baccalaureate (IB) continuum: the Primary Years Programme (PYP) for students up to Grade 5, the Middle Years Programme (MYP) for Grades 6–10, and the IB Diploma Programme (DP) and Career-Related Programme (CP) for Grades 11–12. The curriculum is designed to be inquiry-based and personalised, with a wide range of subject choices to prepare students for university and future careers.

Outcomes

Raffles World Academy reports a 100% pass rate in the IB Diploma Programme. Admissions

The school accepts applications for students from Pre-KG to Grade 12. The admissions process requires an online application, and new students are subject to an assessment test fee of AED 525. About the campus

The 30,000-square-metre campus in Umm Suqeim features a 500-seat auditorium, swimming pools, a sports hall, and courts for basketball, badminton, and tennis. Academic facilities include a well-resourced library, science and computer laboratories, art rooms, a dance studio, music rooms, and classrooms equipped with projectors and visualizers. The site also provides prayer rooms with ablution facilities, a cafeteria-type dining area, and 24-hour security with CCTV surveillance.

Co-curriculars

Raffles World Academy offers over 50 co-curricular activities (CCA) ranging from academic-oriented options like maths, science, and Arabic to creative pursuits such as badminton and crocheting. Students participate in external programmes including the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award, Model United Nations (MUN), and various environmental initiatives through the Eco-Club. The school also hosts sports tournaments, field trips, and community service projects through the Interact Club.
