She specializes in digital transformation, STEAM integration, and curriculum design, with a focus on creating wellbeing-centered environments that empower girls.

Jodie Drew is the Principal of the Boys’ Site, with nearly two decades of experience in the UK and UAE leading British curriculum schools through innovation and whole-school improvement. She is dedicated to creating rigorous, wellbeing-focused learning environments that foster academic excellence and leadership.

Abdalla Mousa Al Maazmi is a senior operations, governance, and strategic enablement leader with over 20 years of experience across government, education, and banking sectors. He leads key functions including Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, IT, and Facilities Management.

Benjamin Parnell is an experienced teacher and school leader with 19 years in Dubai, having held multiple senior leadership roles at high-performing, not-for-profit schools. A former Great Britain international triathlete, he focuses on building cultures of high expectation and developing staff.

Elizabeth Kelleher is an experienced school leader with 22 years in education, including multiple senior leadership roles in outstanding schools in Abu Dhabi. She has a background in behavioural economics and is deeply committed to empowering young Emiratis.

Zeinab Majed brings extensive experience in school leadership, curriculum oversight, and staff development within international and bilingual contexts. She supports strategic planning and ensures Arabic and Islamic education are authentically embedded across school life.

Wendy Jones has over 25 years of experience in education across the UAE, Hong Kong, and the UK. She leads the strategic direction and daily delivery of inclusive education, ensuring every child is supported and empowered to thrive.

James Batten brings 13 years of experience to enhancing education through technology, having previously led digital teaching and learning for a large Multi-Academy Trust in the UK. He oversees digital strategy across both campuses to ensure purposeful and safe technology integration.

Imran Akhtar has over 17 years in education, including 11 years of international experience in Dubai. He provides strategic leadership for the Middle School phase and is committed to building authentic relationships grounded in trust and consistency.

Zaheera Haujee has over 18 years of UK and international leadership experience in British curriculum schools. As the Founding Assistant Principal for the Girls' Middle School, she focuses on curriculum planning, pedagogy, and student support.

Jimmy Hodgson is an experienced school leader specializing in assessment, teaching and learning, and school improvement planning. As a founding Assistant Principal, he leads across Early Years and Lower School for boys, overseeing teaching quality and holistic care.
