The school fosters a nurturing, progressive environment that values the unique individuality, talent, and self-assurance of each student, while the Early Learning School utilizes a Reggio Emilia-inspired approach.
Programmes
The school provides a holistic education from age 3 months to Grade 12, following the South African National Curriculum (CAPS) enriched by IEB guidelines. Programmes include an Early Learning School, Junior and Senior Preparatory phases, and a College, with specialist teaching in subjects such as Robotics, Advanced Programme Mathematics, and the Arts.
Outcomes

About the campus
Campuses are purpose-built to complement their surrounding environments. Facilities include indoor and outdoor spaces designed to stimulate imagination and discovery, and students from Grade 5 onwards are required to own a personal iPad Pro to support technology-integrated learning.
Co-curriculars
Students are encouraged to participate in competitive and non-competitive sports, with teams entered into local and friendly leagues. The school offers a vibrant performing and creative arts programme, including music, dance, drama, and visual arts, alongside various clubs and societies.
Leandri FickHEAD OF REDDFORD HOUSE NORTHCLIFFLeandri has been with the Reddford family for several years and is an accomplished educator with an honours degree in education management. She is an IEB assessor and teacher with expertise in online learning and the implementation of the Google platform.
Grant FerreiraHEAD OF REDDFORD HOUSE THE HILLSGrant Ferreira has many years of experience in business and education, holding a PC Engineering Degree, an MCSD Degree, and a B.Ed in Human Movement Science and Sport Management. He previously taught at a private school in Pretoria and worked in the mining sector before returning to education to lead Reddford House The Hills.
Zain StrydomHEAD OF REDDFORD HOUSE BLUE HILLSZain holds a degree in Education and Economic Sciences, a Leadership Development Programme certificate from Wits Business School, and has completed programmes at Harvard University. He is an experienced educator involved with the IEB and has authored several school textbooks in business and critical thinking.
Ronel BurgerMANAGING DIRECTOR – REDDFORD HOUSE SCHOOLSRonél has a long career in education ranging from Early Childhood development to post-graduate level, having qualified as a teacher in 1971. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education & Linguistics, an MBA, and achieved a PhD in 2022.
Ravi NadasenCHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER - SOUTH AFRICARavi Nadasen previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Tsogo Sun Hotels. He holds a National Diploma in Hotel Management, a BTech Management, and an MBA from the University of Stellenbosch, and has completed leadership programmes at IMD in Switzerland.
Nadim M NsouliINSPIRED FOUNDER & GROUP CHAIRMANNadim M Nsouli founded Inspired in 2013 and previously worked as a partner at Providence Equity Partners and the European head of The Gores Group. He holds an MBA from INSEAD, a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University.
