Mr. Bloy is an accomplished international educational leader with over 20 years of experience across three continents, having led several 'Outstanding'-rated schools in the UAE. He holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership and the National Professional Qualification for Headship, and also lectures for the Principals Training Centre. His leadership is driven by values of belonging, belief, and big aspirations.

Mrs. Drake is a passionate advocate of positive education and wellbeing coaching with 15 years of experience as a senior leader. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Cardiff University and is a trained coach who has led initiatives such as 'Women in Leadership'. She is committed to nurturing a love of reading and inspiring students to pursue their dreams with dedication and character.

Miss Walsh earned a Primary Education Degree with QTS from Durham University and a Master’s Degree in Teaching and Learning from the University of Oxford. She has over a decade of experience in senior leadership roles in the UK, including Head of Pre-Prep and Head of Lower School, before joining Repton School, Dubai two years ago.

Ms. Estebanez holds a Master’s degree in English from Leeds University and has over 17 years of teaching experience. She is passionate about innovative teaching strategies and currently focuses on improving Arabic and Islamic provision across the school. She is also an ex-Olympic synchronised swimmer.

Mr. Rattray joined Repton Dubai in 2018 and has held various roles including Head of History, Head of Humanities, and Duke of Edinburgh coordinator. He holds an MA (Hons) and an MLitt from the University of Aberdeen and a PGDE from the University of Edinburgh. He is a Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries for Scotland and a specialist in 17th Century History.

Mr. Jacques joined Repton Dubai in 2013 after holding positions as Director of Sport and Head of House in the UK. He holds a BA (Hons) in Physical Education with QTS and is the Designated Safeguarding Lead for the Junior Phase. He is passionate about educating the 'whole child' and believes that pastoral care underpins all aspects of school life.

Mr. Watson has 11 years of experience in education, previously serving as a pastoral middle leader before joining senior leadership. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Exeter and a PGCE in PE. He is focused on creating calm, safe school environments and developing well-rounded individuals.

Mr. Birch graduated from Roehampton University with a BA (Hons) in Primary Education in 2008 and has 16 years of experience in teaching and leadership. He has led curriculum initiatives in Maths, Gifted and Talented Education, Humanities, and Sustainability, and recently completed his NPQ in Senior Leadership.

Mrs. Galloway has 18 years of experience in education, including 13 years in leadership roles in the UK and Asia. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Law from the University of Exeter and a PGCE in Early Years, and has worked as an early years’ consultant and Ofsted inspector. She is passionate about early childhood development and creating nurturing learning environments.
