Admissions
Prospective families must submit an inquiry and application through the school's Veracross portal. The process includes a non-refundable application fee, the submission of the child's three most recent report cards, and a copy of their birth certificate or passport. Following an application review, the school schedules a personal day visit and assessment to determine academic abilities for students in Grades 1–8, or a comprehensive evaluation for Kindergarten applicants.
Calendar
The school year typically begins in early September, following a Meet and Greet and Welcome Back BBQ. The calendar includes standard breaks such as a mid-term break in November, a winter break spanning late December to early January, and scheduled professional development days. About the campus
The school currently operates a Junior Campus in Richmond Hill for Kindergarten to Grade 6. A new Senior Campus in Aurora is under construction, scheduled to open in 2027 for Grades 7–8, with plans to expand to Grade 12 by 2030. The new facility will feature nine multipurpose classrooms, five specialty learning spaces, collaboration rooms, a large gymnasium, and outdoor recreation areas.
Co-curriculars
The school offers a variety of co-curricular programs designed to enrich the student experience. These activities are managed through the SchoolsBuddy software system, which facilitates sign-ups, scheduling, and payments. Additionally, the school maintains a House System and provides opportunities for student involvement in environmental initiatives through the Nature Club.
