The school offers the full IB World Continuum: the Primary Years Programme (PYP) for ages 3-11, the Middle Years Programme (MYP) for ages 12-18, the Diploma Programme (DP), and the Career-related Programme (CP). The CP is a specialized, career-focused pathway in Business and Art & Design that integrates BTEC Level 3 Diplomas with IB core subjects. The curriculum is dual-language and rooted in conceptual and contextual teaching, with the MYP culminating in a Personal Project in Grade 10 and the DP featuring the core components of the Extended Essay, CAS, and Theory of Knowledge.

Naseem International School is the first K-12 recipient of NEASC accreditation in Bahrain and holds an "OUTSTANDING" rating from the Education and Training Quality Authority (BQA). Graduates receive the Naseem High School Diploma, which is recognized by the Bahrain Ministry of Education as equivalent to the national secondary diploma. Students also have the opportunity to earn IB Diploma Programme certificates or the IB Career-related Programme certificate combined with a BTEC Level 3 Diploma.

The school employs dedicated staff for learning support, including specialists for Arabic as a second language and English learning support. Additionally, the school provides 1:1 college counseling to assist students in their future planning.

The school follows a continuous admission policy, though new students are generally not admitted after the April holiday unless transferring from outside the Kingdom of Bahrain. The process involves an online or in-person application, a school tour, and a placement test. Required documentation includes identification (CPR and passport), birth certificates, immunization records, and three years of previous school reports, which must be officially stamped if the student is transferring from abroad. Admission is subject to the regulations of the school's Advisory Board and the Bahraini Ministry of Education.

The school provides academic calendars for the 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 school years. The school operates from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.

The campus is a spacious, three-block u-shaped complex featuring 56 air-conditioned classrooms, science laboratories, IT labs, a design technology workshop, an auditorium, and libraries. Specialized facilities include an art gallery, two art studios, a cultural theater, a STEAM makerspace for younger students, and two media centers. Sports facilities include a gymnasium, basketball and volleyball courts, a running track, and an enclosed outdoor soccer field. The campus is fully wheelchair accessible and provides wireless internet access to support the use of student Chromebooks.

The school offers a variety of enrichment activities, including boys' and girls' athletics, Model United Nations (MUN), and theater and fine arts programs. Students also have access to music experiences and innovation labs.
