The academic curriculum is structured across five Cambridge stages: RIMS Cubs (ages 2 to 5), Cambridge Primary (grades 1 to 5), Cambridge Lower Secondary (grades 6 to 8), Cambridge IGCSE (grades 9 to 10), and Cambridge Advanced A-Levels (grades 11 to 12). Subjects include English, Mathematics, Science, Marathi, Hindi, French, ICT, and Commerce. IGCSE students are prepared for the Cambridge ICE group award, while A-Level students choose specialized streams in either sciences or commerce.

Students graduate with Cambridge qualifications recognized by universities and employers worldwide, with alumni securing placements at institutions such as Ashoka University. The advanced A-Level curriculum also prepares students to sit for competitive Indian entrance exams, including IIT-JEE, NEET, and CET.

The admission process follows a six-step cycle: an initial enquiry, registration and campus tour, a school visit with a principal interaction, form submission, fee payment, and a parent orientation program. Required documentation includes academic records from the previous class, photographs of the student and parents, proof of residence, and a transfer certificate for admissions from grade 2 onwards. Overseas students must also submit a photocopy of their passport.

The academic year is divided into two terms, with the first term exam taking place in October and the final exam in April. For primary students, monthly surprise tests are conducted to assess ongoing academic progress. The school provides downloadable pre-primary and grade-specific planners to outline the annual schedule.
