SEN students follow a specific daily schedule from 8:00 am to 12:15 pm.

The school accepts applications throughout the year for students aged 3 to 19, subject to seat availability. The admission process includes age-appropriate achievement tests in language, math, and science to assess basic skills and adaptability. Expats must provide relevant documentation and secure appropriate visas or resident permits as per Indian government regulations. Sibling preference is granted when seats are vacant, and children with special learning needs are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

The academic year is divided into two semesters: Semester I runs from August to December, and Semester II runs from January to May. The school operates Monday through Saturday, with daily timings varying by programme: Early Years (EY) and SEN students attend from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm; Primary Years Programme (PYP) students from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm; Middle Years Programme (MYP) and IGCSE students from 8:00 am to 3:10 pm; and IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) students from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The calendar includes various national and cultural holidays, with summer vacations for students occurring throughout June and July.

Located on the Ishanya Campus in Viman Nagar, Pune, the school features modern infrastructure including a library and specialized laboratories for computer science, science, mathematics, and language learning. Creative facilities include a visual arts studio, a music studio, and a space for theatrics. The campus also provides health care and safety services, dining options, and transportation services managed by a third-party vendor.
