The school follows a structured admission process that includes an enquiry phase, application submission, and an entrance assessment. The assessment for college students covers Mathematics, English, core subjects, and Cognitive Ability Tests (CAT), while primary pupils are tested on Literacy, Numeracy, and Science. Following the assessment, an interview is conducted, and successful applicants are notified before proceeding to enrollment, registration, and an orientation session. Year 7 entrance exams are typically held in August, with supplementary sessions in March or April.

The school operates on a standard academic year with specific milestones, such as an Accolade Assembly in September and graduation ceremonies. Entrance examinations for Year 7 are scheduled for August, with supplementary dates in March or April. Other class admissions are handled by appointment throughout the year.
