The school requires a completed application form, a medical form with immunization records, passport-size photographs, and copies of identification for both the student and parents. The school reserves the right to request confidential behavioral and academic reports from a student's previous institution.

The school operates on an annual calendar with registration office hours from Sunday to Thursday, 08:30 am to 01:00 pm. The academic year includes various school-wide functions, ceremonies, and field trips to historical and geographical sites in Oman.

The campus features specialized areas including an ICT lab, a library, a science wing, a robotics lab, a language lab, and a French language room. Physical facilities include indoor and outdoor play areas, a cafeteria serving continental cuisine, a nurse’s room, and a teacher’s resource room. The school is equipped with 86 surveillance cameras and 24-hour security, and it operates a fleet of air-conditioned transport vehicles supervised by staff.

Additionally, the school maintains a Student Council and a house system comprising Lions, Tigers, Cheetahs, and Panthers.
