The academic year is divided into three terms. For the 2025-2026 academic year, Term 1 commences on 25th August 2025 and ends on 4th December 2025, followed by a winter break. Term 2 runs from 5th January 2026 to 12th March 2026, and Term 3 begins on 23rd March 2026, concluding on 2nd July 2026.

The campus, located in Muwailah Commercial, Sharjah, includes administration offices and facilities for students from FS1 to Grade 13. Key amenities include a forest school and farm, a library, computer labs, indoor courts, an outdoor court, an outdoor field, and playgrounds. The school also maintains a clinic to support student health.

The school offers a wide range of extracurricular activities, including the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award (Bronze, Silver, and Gold levels), Model United Nations, and a Student Business Leadership Forum. Students may also participate in various student clubs and leadership roles, such as the Student Council, Prefect system, Peer Mentor programme, and House system, which features four houses: Leopards, Scorpions, Falcons, and Vipers.
