The school offers the three core International Baccalaureate (IB) programmes: the Primary Years Programme (PYP) for Kindergarten to Year 6, the Middle Years Programme (MYP) for Years 7 to 11, and the Diploma Programme (DP) for Years 12 and 13. The curriculum requires all students to study two languages, with English as the language of instruction; options include Mandarin, French, and Spanish ab initio, alongside mother tongue pathways. Chatsworth is an IB World School that consistently achieves IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) results above the world average, with the Class of 2025 achieving a 100% pass rate and an average of 34.3 points. The school is fully accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and holds a four-year EduTrust certification. Graduates go on to attend universities around the world or transfer to other international and national system schools.

The school provides dedicated English as an Additional Language (EAL) support and two tiers of Learning Support (LS) for students who require additional assistance. These services are delivered by fully qualified, full-time staff, and additional fees apply for these programmes. All students are assigned a buddy from their homeroom on their first day to assist with social and academic integration.

Chatsworth is a non-selective school that welcomes students of all nationalities between the ages of 3 and 18. The school offers year-round enrolment, subject to space availability, to accommodate families relocating to Singapore. The school operates on an academic year running from August to June, divided into two semesters. Fees are payable in advance of each semester.

Located in a serene, green setting near a tropical rainforest, the campus features an indoor sports hall, a swimming pool, music rooms, art rooms, and classrooms. The school provides a 1:1 laptop programme for all students from Years 3 to 13 and maintains science labs. Transportation is available via an independent shuttle bus service that provides islandwide, door-to-door service, as well as a shuttle to the Sixth Avenue MRT station.

The school offers more than 60 co-curricular activities (CCAs) and team-based sports across three seasons each year, covering areas such as languages, STEM, athletics, and the performing arts. Additionally, primary students can participate in extracurricular activities (ECAs) provided by external partners, including swimming, coding, soccer, and fun science.
