Tuition fees must be paid at least seven working days before the course commences, and students are required to take a diagnostic test upon arrival.

Located at 8 Claymore Hill, the campus features 22 classrooms, a science laboratory, a gym, an art studio, a recording studio, and a black box theatre. Additional amenities include two cafes, meeting rooms, and dedicated office spaces for staff. The school also partners with e-jia homestay to provide supervised, safe accommodation for international students.
