It implements a comprehensive Virtues Programme to help students develop essential life values for success at home and school. Additionally, the school emphasizes foundational literacy through a school-wide reading program focusing on phonemic awareness, phonics, vocabulary, fluency, and comprehension.

The school offers two distinct academic pathways: the International Programme and the Integrated Programme. The International Programme runs from Year 1 through Senior High, leading to Cambridge IGCSE and Cambridge International AS and A Levels. The Integrated Programme, designed for Vietnamese students from Kindergarten to Year 9, combines the national Vietnamese curriculum taught by local teachers with International English, Social Studies, Physical Education, Music, and ICT taught by foreign teachers. Students in both programmes can sit for internationally recognized benchmarks, including Singapore's iPSLE, Cambridge IGCSE, and A-Levels, with pathways to universities in the US, UK, and Australia.

The school prepares students for higher education by equipping them with the qualifications and skills needed to enter local universities or English-speaking universities abroad. Its academic pathways lead to tertiary institutions in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia, supported by formal articulation agreements such as a pathway partnership with Edinburgh Napier University in Scotland. Graduates' achievements are celebrated through the school's University Gallery and Wall of Fame.

The school enrolls both foreign and Vietnamese students, with placement determined by age, class vacancies, and placement test results. Class sizes are capped at a maximum of 12 to 25 students for kindergarten and 25 students for primary and secondary classes. To complete enrollment, parents must submit documents such as the child's passport, birth certificate, previous academic transcripts, a health check certificate, and vaccination records for kindergarten applicants. Priority admission is granted to siblings of currently enrolled students.

The academic calendar consists of 40 school weeks structured across four terms, beginning in mid-August and concluding in mid-July. Students receive scheduled breaks between each term, including a two-week holiday over the Christmas period and a five-week summer break at the end of the fourth term in July. The calendar also observes local Vietnamese national holidays throughout the year.

The campus is situated on 2.3 hectares of land as part of a planned three-phase "Super School" development. It features purpose-built facilities including a soccer field, a running track, a swimming pool, a basketball court, and an upgraded primary courtyard. Indoor learning spaces include a multi-purpose hall, a multi-media room, a STEM room, and dedicated rooms for music and art.

Students can participate in various extra-curricular activities, milestone events, and outdoor education programs. Through a partnership with Outward Bound Vietnam, students take part in outdoor expeditions designed to build self-confidence, teamwork, perseverance, and communication skills. Additionally, the school offers leadership programs and learning experiences through a collaboration with Hwa Chong Institution in Singapore, as well as a four-week Summer Immersion Programme at Elmhurst University in the United States.
