The school offers two distinct academic pathways: the International Programme and the Integrated Programme. The International Programme runs from Year 1 through A-Levels, utilizing Singapore and Cambridge curricula to prepare students for the Singapore International Primary School Examination (iPSLE), IGCSE, and Cambridge International AS and A Levels. The Integrated Programme, designed for Vietnamese students from Kindergarten to Year 9, combines the national Vietnamese curriculum taught by local teachers with International English, Social Studies, Physical Education, Music, and ICT taught by foreign teachers, before transitioning students to the International Programme for high school.

Students are prepared for university pathways in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia, supported by academic partnerships with institutions such as Elmhurst University and Edinburgh Napier University. Students have achieved notable success in academic competitions, including winning 16 medals at the International Math and Science Olympiad and securing second place in the International Creativity Innovation Award.

Singapore International School @ Da Nang enrols both foreign and Vietnamese students, with placement determined by age, class vacancies, and placement test results. To facilitate learning, class sizes are capped at 12 to 25 students for kindergarten and a maximum of 25 for primary and secondary levels. Required enrolment documents include passport copies, birth certificates, previous academic transcripts, a health check certificate, and vaccination records for kindergarten entry. Priority is given to applicants who already have siblings attending the school.

The academic year is structured into four terms spanning 40 weeks of instruction, starting in mid-August and concluding in mid-July. The calendar incorporates scheduled breaks between each term, a two-week Christmas holiday, local national holidays, and a five-week summer break at the end of the fourth term in July. This schedule is designed to provide students with optimal learning continuity alongside regular periods of rest.

Built on a 1.74-hectare site in the Phu My An Urban Area, the campus features modern architecture and international-standard facilities. The school is equipped with spacious classrooms, interactive smart boards, Information Communication Technology (ICT) laboratories, and Cambridge-approved science laboratories. Recreational and athletic facilities on campus include a soccer field and a Multi-purpose Hall.

The school offers outdoor education through Outward Bound Vietnam, where students participate in challenging expeditions designed to build self-confidence, teamwork, and perseverance.
