The admissions process begins with an inquiry and an optional school tour or a two-day free trial class. Prospective students for Year 2 and above must complete an aptitude test in English, Mathematics, and Science to assist with grade placement. Applicants must submit a completed form, previous school reports, and relevant identification documents, with final admission decisions made by the Principal.

The school operates Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 16:00, with Saturday visits available by appointment. General school hours vary by level: ELC sessions run from 08:00 until 10:30 or 12:00, while Primary and High School students typically attend from 07:30 until 14:30 or 15:00, with potential extensions for High School based on subject schedules.

The school operates two campuses: the main South Campus in Sidoarjo and the PLA Darmo Campus in West Surabaya. Facilities include air-conditioned classrooms, modern IT infrastructure, "Learning Corners," and spacious outdoor areas, alongside sports facilities such as basketball and tennis courts. The school also provides a dedicated transportation service for students living in West Surabaya.
