The enrollment process begins with the purchase of a registration form from the administration office, followed by the submission of required documentation. Prospective students are then scheduled for an interview test, which may be conducted online via Zoom for those living at a distance. Upon successful completion of the interview and administrative requirements, the school notifies families of the final admission decision. Specific documentation requirements vary based on whether the applicant is a new student, a transfer student, or an international student.

The school operates across two main campuses: a preschool and primary building in Perumahan Alam Galaxy, and a secondary building for junior and senior high school students on Jl. Raya Jelidro II. The secondary campus features three Cambridge-standard laboratories for biology, chemistry, and physics, as well as computer labs, a library, a cafeteria, and a multi-purpose hall used for sports, theatrical performances, and graduation ceremonies. The preschool and primary site is noted for its green, quiet environment, which is utilized for outdoor learning in science, mathematics, and arts.

The school offers a diverse range of extracurricular activities, including sports such as basketball and badminton, and various clubs like music band, guitar, financial literacy, young research, fashion design, public speaking, modern dance, karate, programming, and graphic design. Annual school events and traditions include an Open Day, Independence Day celebrations, Chinese New Year, Foundation Day, Recognition Day, and theatrical productions.
