Local transfers require an attested school leaving certificate from the relevant UAE ministry zone.

The academic year generally commences in April. The school operates from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Saturday to Sunday, 8:30 am to 2:30 pm. Specific events, such as the Kindergarten Graduation and Spring Fiesta, are scheduled throughout the year.

The campus is a fully air-conditioned facility featuring modernized classrooms, separate playgrounds for boys and girls, and a dedicated play area for Kindergarten students. Specialized learning spaces include a composite science laboratory, a computer laboratory, a mathematics laboratory, and a book library. The school maintains a fleet of eight air-conditioned buses to provide transportation services to Sharjah and Ajman.
