Successful applicants complete registration by submitting documentation, including birth certificates, immunization records, medical fitness certificates, and previous school reports, alongside payment of fees and uniform fittings.

The school operates on a three-term academic year beginning in September, spanning approximately 38 weeks. The academic calendar includes Autumn, Spring, and Summer terms, with scheduled half-term breaks and public holidays. Staff induction and classroom preparation days precede the start of each term for students.
