    Duncan joined St Clare’s as Principal in September 2022, bringing over twenty years of experience in education management across international, independent, and state schools. He holds an MA in Classics from Oxford, an MA in English Literature from the Open University, a PGCE, and an MBA from Durham University. Throughout his career, he has held various leadership roles, including Headteacher of Charterhouse in Shenzhen and Vice Principal of Shrewsbury in Guangzhou.

  • Becky AllenVice Principal, Pastoral (IB World School)

    Becky joined St Clare’s as Vice Principal, Pastoral in September 2023, bringing extensive experience in pastoral leadership and management from roles at Roedean School and Ardingly College. She holds a BA in English and Theatre Studies and an MA in English from the University of Warwick. Alongside her work at St Clare’s, she is a Team Inspector for the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) and a safeguarding link governor for a local secondary school.

  • David WhiteVice Principal, Academic (IB World School)

    David joined St. Clare’s as Vice Principal, Academic in September 2023, following a twenty-four-year career teaching internationally in Singapore, the UAE, and Romania. He holds a BA in English and Philosophy, a PGCE, a Master's in Film, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology. He has extensive experience with the IBO as a teacher and examiner and previously served as IB Diploma Coordinator and Vice Principal at the American International School of Bucharest.

    Suzanne joined St Clare’s in July 2018 and provides strategic leadership for student recruitment, marketing, and admissions activities across the college. She holds a BA (Hons) in Communication, Media and Culture and has over 14 years of international marketing and admissions experience in the Higher Education sector, including a role as Head of International Student Recruitment, Marketing and Development at Oxford Brookes University.
