Teaching approach
Guided by the principles of St. Ignatius and the Jesuit Pupil Profile, the school aims to develop well-rounded individuals who are intellectually competent, open to growth, loving, religious, and committed to doing justice. The school fosters values such as integrity, compassion, and respect, encouraging students to become 'men and women for others' in the spirit of 'Quant Je Puis'. While rooted in these Ignatian values, the school maintains an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity.
Programmes
The school is divided into a Junior School (Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2) and a Senior School. The Junior School follows the UK National Curriculum, incorporating the International Primary Curriculum (IPC), White Rose Maths, and a phonics-based reading programme. The Senior School prepares students for IGCSE and A-Level examinations. The curriculum includes core subjects such as English, Maths, Science, ICT, Creative Arts (Music, Art, Drama), PE, Swimming, and languages including French, Mandarin, and Bahasa.
Student support
Learning support
The school employs a pastoral framework to support student wellbeing, which is integrated into the curriculum. A dedicated Prep programme for Year 6 students helps ease the transition to Senior School through specialist teaching, coaching, and interaction with older student tutor groups.
