The school operates on the philosophy that every student has an area in which they excel, aiming to foster self-confidence and individual potential. The school implements the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB-PYP) from preschool through 5th grade, continuing with an inquiry-based curriculum through 8th grade. The academic program emphasizes a multilingual approach, with English as a primary foreign language taught by native speakers, and German introduced as a second language starting in 6th grade. The curriculum integrates core subjects—including mathematics, science, and social studies—with arts and sports, while providing specialized preparation for the Lise Giriş Sınavı (LGS) in the 8th grade.

The school provides psychological counseling services to support students' social and emotional development. The guidance department is actively involved in the student admission process and works closely with families to ensure individual student needs are met. Progress is monitored through alternative assessment tools, and comprehensive feedback is provided to parents.

The school accepts applications for preschool and 1st grade based on age requirements. For intermediate grades (2nd through 8th), admission is subject to available quotas and involves a two-stage process: a student admission exam followed by an in-person interview with the guidance department. Prospective parents can attend a school introduction session held on the day of the registration exam.

The academic year follows a structured schedule, with registration exams for intermediate grades typically held in February. The school year includes various thematic class shows, special weeks, and events that serve as opportunities for students to showcase their progress.

Located in Bakırköy, the campus consists of three buildings, including a Grade 2 listed main building originally constructed in 1884. Facilities include a science and technology laboratory, a technology design workshop, a maker workshop, and multiple libraries. Artistic and physical education spaces feature a visual arts workshop, a ceramics workshop, an information technology workshop, a ballet room, two music rooms, and sports halls.

The school offers 43 social clubs designed to support students' multifaceted development. Activities include regular training, tournaments, and competitions in sports such as basketball, volleyball, table tennis, and badminton, as well as chess, choir, orchestra, and various artistic pursuits. These activities are complemented by field trips, guest speakers, and weekend courses.
