The school's pedagogical philosophy is centered on curiosity and character, aiming to foster a community of responsible individuals who learn with and from one another. It balances traditional academic rigour with the development of future-ready capabilities. The school prioritizes knowing every child by name, maintaining capped class sizes of twenty, and fostering a culture of excellence, responsibility, and collaboration.

The curriculum is divided into four stages: Lower Primary (K–2), Upper Primary (3–5), Middle School (6–9), and High School (10–12). Core subjects include English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies, supplemented by national languages (Russian and Uzbek) and seventeen 'Future-Ready' courses such as AI Literacy, Robotics, and Personal Finance. High school students follow the Nova Scotia provincial curriculum, earning credits toward the Nova Scotia High School Graduation Diploma.

The school aims to produce graduates who are academically rigorous, linguistically fluent, technologically capable, and ethically grounded. High school students graduate with the Nova Scotia High School Graduation Diploma, which is recognized by universities globally. The school provides university guidance from Grade 10 onwards to support applications to institutions in Canada, the UK, the US, Europe, and Asia.

The school provides English as a Foreign Language (EFL) support for eligible students, which is included in the tuition. The admissions process requests documentation of any learning support received by applicants to ensure students are appropriately supported from their first day.

The school follows a five-step enrollment process: enquiry, campus visit, application submission, assessment/interview, and offer/enrollment. Admissions are rolling, with entry points at Lower Primary (K–2), Upper Primary (3–5), Middle School (6–9), and High School (10–12). Applicants for Grade 1 and above complete English and mathematics assessments, while High School applicants undergo a credit-recognition review against Nova Scotia standards. The school emphasizes finding a fit for the child rather than a rigid screening process.

The 2026–2027 academic year begins on Wednesday, 2 September 2026, and concludes on Friday, 25 June 2027. The calendar includes a fall break (19–23 October 2026), winter break (21–30 December 2026), and spring break (10–12 March 2027). Semester 1 exams are scheduled for 25–29 January 2027, and Semester 2 exams occur 21–25 June 2027.

The campus features three specialist science laboratories (Biology, Chemistry, and Physics), a library with print and digital collections, and an innovation lab for robotics and engineering equipped with 3D printers. Creative spaces include a media/content studio, a podcast studio, and a virtual reality (VR) lab. Physical education is conducted at a partner gymnasium, and the school operates an in-house kitchen providing daily meals.

The school offers student clubs and after-school programmes included in tuition. Students participate in academic competitions, field trips, and sports such as football, tennis, swimming, badminton, and basketball. The school also hosts robotics teams (FLL and FTC) and provides opportunities for media production, including podcasting and visual storytelling.
