The school delivers the British Curriculum from Pre-Nursery through to Year 13. The secondary pathway includes Key Stage 3, the two-year Cambridge IGCSE programme in Years 10-11, and Key Stage 5, which offers A-Levels and the TSI Diploma. The curriculum emphasizes a broad range of subjects, including core requirements in English and Mathematics, alongside various options such as Psychology, Computer Science, and multiple languages.

The school is committed to inclusive education and employs staff with expertise in Special Educational Needs (SEN) support. Leadership includes dedicated coordinators focused on ensuring classroom environments cater to the specific needs of all children.

TSI International School accepts students aged 2-18 years. The process involves submitting an inquiry, arranging a campus tour, and completing age-appropriate pre-testing activities alongside a review of the student's three most recent school reports. Upon receiving an offer, parents must pay a non-refundable deposit to secure a place, followed by the submission of required documentation and payment of fees.

The school follows a calendar typical of UK curriculum schools in Thailand, with the academic year commencing in mid-August and concluding in late June. Term dates are structured to align with this annual cycle.

TSI operates two campuses: the Wongwianyai Campus in Bangkok and the Bearing Campus in Samut Prakan. The Bearing Campus features a canteen managed by a local hotel providing healthy meal options, with microwave facilities available for students who bring food from home. The school also provides van services for student transportation.

The school offers an Extra-Curricular Activity (ECA) programme designed to complement the academic curriculum. Students may also participate in the Student Council and a House System, which foster leadership and community engagement. Additional opportunities include sports academies and various inter-school competitions.
