The International School of Egypt

The International School of Egypt is a co-educational, college preparatory institution dedicated to developing a love of learning and the discipline required to become contributing, ethical citizens. It focuses on the education of the whole child, integrating academics, physical activities, fine arts, and character building while fostering a global community.

The school provides an American curriculum from Early Childhood (KG1–KG2) through Grade 12. In the final two years of secondary school, students may pursue the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme. The academic program is delivered by a staff of certified American and Egyptian teachers.

The school emphasizes the education of the whole child and recognizes the unique learning styles and talents of each student. It provides learning experiences tailored to a student’s age and stage of development.

The school accepts applications throughout the year with no fixed deadline, though early initiation is recommended. The process includes an online application, submission of previous school reports and a behavioral letter, an age-based assessment, and a parent interview. Upon acceptance, a non-refundable registration fee is required to secure a place.

The school operates on a three-installment fee schedule, with payments due in August, November, and February. Re-enrollment for the following academic year must be completed by a set deadline to guarantee a student's place.

The school is located in the 5th Settlement of New Cairo. The campus includes a business office for administrative and financial transactions.

The school integrates physical activities and fine arts into its educational approach. The campus hosts events such as Sports Day and KG2 Welcome Day to foster community and student engagement.
