The Primary and Junior High School levels utilize a hybrid curriculum of the Ghana Education Service (GES) and Cambridge International standards. The school provides a Learning Assistance Programme that assigns teachers to support academically weaker students through one-on-one sessions. Additionally, the school employs a dedicated Head of Wellness and Counselling to oversee student welfare, character formation, and positive discipline. Small class sizes—capped at 15 for preschool and 20 for Primary and JHS—are maintained to ensure personalized attention for every learner.

The admissions process begins with an initial enquiry and the submission of an application form. For learners aged four and above, the school conducts assessments in Mathematics, English, Science, and Writing, followed by a meeting with parents to discuss the child's profile and fit. Upon acceptance, families receive a fee schedule, booklist, and uniform requirements, concluding with a guided orientation session.

The campus features intentional learning spaces, including science labs and a prayer garden. The school operates a multi-campus system for preschools, while the main campus houses the Primary and Junior High School (JHS) departments, which offer boarding facilities starting from Grade 6. The school also maintains a store for uniforms and core textbooks.

The programme includes Christian-based activities such as school worship, class devotion, and discipleship.
