The school operates on an academic year basis, with new admissions typically opening for the upcoming year. Summer school programmes are offered during the month of August. Term-based fee structures are available, covering periods from April to July, August to November, and December to March.

The school operates across two campuses in Edogawa-ku, Tokyo. The Kasai campus serves primary and kindergarten students, while the Funabori campus is dedicated to kindergarten education. Both locations provide classrooms designed for active learning, and the school maintains a bus service for student transportation.
