The admissions process begins with a review of the Admissions Handbook, followed by a request for a school tour or inquiry. Applicants must complete an application via OpenApply, after which eligible candidates are invited for an assessment and interview. Final decisions are made by the academic team based on a holistic review of academic readiness, assessment results, and available placement. Acceptance is contingent upon vacancy, class placement requirements, and the submission of all necessary documentation, including valid visas for foreign residents.

The school operates on a three-semester system. The 2026-2027 academic year includes various events such as examinations, staff preparation days, and school holidays. The calendar also features specific breaks, including a summer break, winter break, and spring break.

The school operates across two campuses in Tokyo: the Kiba Campus and the Monnaka Campus. The Kiba Campus, serving Early Years through Grade 10, features age-appropriate classrooms, an art room, a library, a science lab, an ICT room, a music room, and multipurpose rooms. The Monnaka Campus serves students in the Cambridge IGCSE and A-Level programmes. Both campuses are located in eastern Tokyo and provide supportive, internationally focused learning environments.

Students participate in a variety of activities beyond the classroom, including sports such as futsal and academic competitions like the History Bowl and Bee. The school also hosts events such as the Cambridge Marketplace and the Sekai Bunka celebration to foster student engagement and community spirit.
