The school is founded on Christian values and the Montessori educational philosophy, which emphasizes unconditional love, acceptance, and belief in the potential of every child. It operates on the principle that children possess an innate "self-education" ability, and the school's role is to provide the appropriate environment and support to nurture this natural development.

The curriculum is based on the Montessori method, led by AMI-certified staff, and is structured into five core areas: Practical Life, Language, Sensorial, Mathematics, and Cultural studies. All instruction and daily care are conducted entirely in English. The programme focuses on self-directed learning, allowing children to master skills at their own pace through specialized educational materials.

The school aims to foster independence, confidence, and a love for learning by providing an environment where children can develop at their own pace. Through the Montessori method, students are supported in their physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development, preparing them for future growth.

The school maintains a low student-to-staff ratio, with three staff members typically present during regular hours and two during extended care. Staff participate in annual external training, including seminars by the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) and Setagaya Ward workshops, to ensure high standards of care and professional development.

The school operates on a three-term system: the First Term (September–December), Second Term (January–March), and Third Term (April–June). Regular hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 14:30, with optional extended care available from 8:00 to 9:00 and 14:30 to 18:30. Optional seasonal programmes are offered during winter, spring, and summer breaks.

Located in a three-story wooden building in Setagaya, Tokyo, the facility includes dedicated nursery rooms on the first and second floors, as well as a second-floor balcony playground. The premises are designed with ample natural light, ventilation, and floor heating throughout. The school is situated within walking distance of Futako-Tamagawa, Yoga, and Kaminoge stations.

The school calendar includes various events such as a UN Celebration, Costume Day, Thanksgiving Day, a Christmas Program, 100 Days of School, Valentine's Day, Health Week, Girl's Day, St. Patrick's Day, and Easter activities. These events are integrated into the school year to provide cultural and social experiences for the children.
