Uplift Education is the largest free public charter school network in North Texas, serving over 23,000 students in pre-K through 12th grade across 20 campuses. The network utilizes the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum to prepare students for success in college and their future careers.

Teaching approach
The mission of Uplift Education is to create and sustain public schools of excellence that empower students to reach their highest potential in college and the global marketplace. The network aims to inspire a life-long love of learning, achievement, and service, fostering an environment where students develop into confident, caring leaders with a global mindset.
Programmes
Uplift Education utilizes the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework across all grade levels. The Primary Years Programme (PYP) for grades K-5 focuses on interdisciplinary themes such as "Sharing the Planet" and "How the World Works," covering subjects like language, mathematics, science, social studies, and the arts. The Middle Years Programme (MYP) for grades 6-10 bridges the gap to high school by connecting subjects like design, language acquisition, and individuals and societies to real-world issues. The Diploma Programme (DP) for grades 11-12 offers college-level coursework, including the Theory of Knowledge, the Extended Essay, and Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS). Additionally, the network provides a unique "Road to College & Career" program that includes career exposure, college field trips, and dedicated alumni support.
Outcomes
Uplift Education has achieved a 100% college acceptance rate for its graduates since 2002, with 85% of students matriculating to college. Graduates benefit from the IB Diploma Programme, which provides guaranteed college credit at Texas public universities and is associated with a 79% college graduation rate. Furthermore, alumni report higher average salaries compared to their peers.

Admissions
Uplift Education operates a free, public charter school network with an open application process. Interested families can apply online by creating an account and submitting a no-obligation application. The network provides support through specialized Application Advisors, who are available to assist families with the enrollment process.
Calendar
The school provides academic calendars for the current and upcoming school years, available in both English and Spanish. These calendars outline the structure of the school year, including designated non-business days such as the 10 weekdays of Winter Break.
Facilities
About the campus
Campuses are designed with a focus on safety, featuring gated and fenced grounds, locked lobbies with electronic access, security cameras, and locked exterior and classroom doors. Each site is equipped with police officers on campus to ensure a secure environment. Facilities also include cafeterias, and families can contact the main office for information regarding meal accounts, uniforms, and general school procedures.
Co-curriculars
Students have access to a variety of clubs and extracurricular activities designed to build social skills and explore personal interests, such as art, robotics, film, theatre, and the National Honor Society. Additionally, the network hosts a competitive sports program for middle and high school students, featuring sports like basketball, soccer, volleyball, flag football, track, and cheerleading. Each year, students also participate in a network-wide IB Showcase to present their top year-end projects.
