The school’s philosophy is rooted in the Accelerated Christian Education (A.C.E.) model, which emphasizes individualization and mastery-based learning. The school offers a comprehensive academic pathway from Kindergarten through Grade 12 using the A.C.E. curriculum, which covers foundational core courses, reading development, and skill building. The curriculum includes subjects such as mathematics, grammar, and vocabulary, as well as Thai language, culture, and history, music, computer studies, art, and Chinese language. The high school level is designed to prepare students for university or future employment, and the school is accredited by Accreditation International (Ai), the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools (MSA-CESS), the National Council for Private School Accreditation (NCPSA), and the Office of Nation Education Standards and Quality Assessment (ONESQA).

The school provides an ESL program, specifically the "ABCs with Ace and Christi" course, which is a 12-to-15-week curriculum designed for students who have never attended school or who have not yet learned to read. Additionally, the individualized nature of the core curriculum allows students to progress at their own pace, with slower students receiving encouragement to work at their own level of proficiency.

Manorom International Christian School operates on a selective basis and welcomes students of any race, color, nationality, or ethnic origin aged between 3 and 18. The school operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, with daily hours from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The campus is located in Khung Samphao, Manorom, Chainat. The learning environment features specialized learning centers where students work at individual study desks, known as offices, to facilitate concentration and goal setting.

Student life includes various activities and clubs, as well as spiritual life programming. The school also participates in student conventions and hosts events such as school fairs and musical celebrations.
