Vejle Privatskole emphasizes a combination of high academic ambition, community, and personal development. The school operates from 8:00 to 14:30, with the SFO (after-school program) available from 8:00–8:45 and 14:30–15:45. The kindergarten is open Monday–Thursday from 6:30 to 17:00 and Friday from 6:30 to 16:00. The academic year includes scheduled breaks for Christmas, winter, Easter, and autumn, as well as specific closures for Eid, Ascension Day, and Pentecost.

Located at Vestre Engvej 56 in Vejle, the school houses a vuggestue (nursery), børnehave (kindergarten), and grundskole (primary and lower secondary school) under one roof. The campus includes facilities to support the daily operations of these departments, and the school provides a dedicated bus service with multiple routes serving Vejle, Fredericia, and Kolding.
