All students must be registered with the Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA), a process managed by the school's registration office. Age requirements are strictly enforced, with specific cut-off dates for each grade level based on a December 31st deadline.

The school operates on a Monday to Thursday schedule. School hours for students are 07:50 AM to 03:15 PM, while the administrative office is open from 07:15 AM to 04:30 PM.
