The admissions process begins with an enquiry, followed by an application that requires a non-refundable fee, academic transcripts, and medical documentation. Applicants must complete an assessment, which involves group or individual observation for Grade 1 and formal testing for Grade 2 and above. Final entry decisions are made by the Head of Junior School, with successful candidates receiving an offer that must be accepted by a specified deadline.

The school operates on an academic year calendar, with schedules available for download for the 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 academic years. Families are encouraged to participate in school events, such as sports days and open days, which are announced throughout the year.

The campus is located in Ho Chi Minh City and features a blend of two preserved French colonial villas and two contemporary academic buildings.
