It prioritizes the development of personal resilience, self-regulation, and self-esteem by building strong, stable relationships characterized by warmth, compassion, and clear social boundaries. The service aims to provide every child with a positive future, focusing on choice, freedom, and an excellent standard of life.

The service offers a curriculum aligned with mainstream standards, covering core subjects such as Maths and English, supplemented by literacy development. Remote learning is supported through a combination of online resources and paper-based tasks, with qualified teachers providing weekly work and regular check-ins. Specialized pathways include the CATE Centre for Years 7-12, as well as interim programmes like Pathways for primary pupils and Gateway for secondary pupils.

In the most recent academic year, 88% of students made progress in English and 89% made progress in Maths. As of summer 2025, 78% of school leavers had secured identified post-16 destinations. Additionally, 100% of students reported feeling safe while attending the service.

The school employs a strategic SENCO and provides robust, evidence-based intervention programmes tracked via a Pupil Intervention Passport. Support areas include mental health, self-esteem, anger management, and social relationship building. Staff engage in regular reflective practice and debriefs to ensure they are emotionally prepared to manage challenging situations and support individual learner needs.

Admissions are determined by the London Borough of Hounslow through three primary routes: Fair Access Panel placements for permanently excluded or hard-to-place children, SEND placements via the Hounslow SEND Team for those with an EHCP, and CAMHS referrals for Tier 3 placements at the CATE Centre. Additionally, schools may refer pupils to interim programmes via the Pathways (Primary) or Gateway (Secondary) routes, which are dual-registered placements.

Woodbridge Park operates across multiple sites, including the Aspire Centre in Isleworth, the CATE Centre in Brentford, the Inspire Centre in Feltham, and The Bridge Centre in Feltham.
