The admissions process begins with an inquiry to the admissions team, followed by a campus tour. Applicants must submit a formal application and undergo a personalized assessment to determine appropriate placement. Upon successful review, the school issues a formal Letter of Offer, and enrollment is finalized through the signing of an acceptance form and payment of the tuition deposit. The school provides dedicated support for both local and international students throughout the transition.

The academic year is divided into four terms, typically running from early January through late November. The calendar includes scheduled breaks between terms and observes various public holidays, including Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Gawai, and national observances. The school also hosts specific events such as Sports Day, a piano competition, and various graduation ceremonies.

The campus features specialized academic spaces, including two ICT suites, three science labs, a STEM room, a library, and a cooking room. Sports and recreational facilities include a large swimming pool, a covered basketball court, a futsal and tennis court, a pickleball arena, and a playground. Additionally, the school maintains a main hall with a capacity of over 500 people and a canteen.
